Daily duties include but not limited to multiple backoffice duties for multiple service partners i.e. working email request boxes creating service cases entering data indexing/linking documents to accounts opening workflow tickets and new duties to be assigned in the future.
Able to adapt to a fastpaced environment.
Experience with US banking (English)
Available to work approximately 8:00am to 4:00pm EST
Familiarity with IRA Accounts and general bank accounts is a plus.
