The primary objective of this role is to enable product teams sales presales and customerfacing teams to efficiently and effectively secure and leverage Gordian product and solution knowledge. This will help them engage with prospects and customers through valuebased conversations close deals and achieve their targets.
This critical role involves designing developing and delivering Gordians platform solution and services training curricula. It also includes designing and delivering performancebased certification programs providing targeted coaching based on defined performance criteria and optimizing enablement resources across Fortive and Gordian. We are constantly innovating our programs by leveraging the latest technology tools and AIenabled platforms to accelerate productivity.
The Sales Product Enablement Manager is a key member of the GTM Enablement team supporting Gordians GTM strategy and OKRs (objectives and key results) to drive significant new business revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute enablement solutions that support Gordians evolving product strategy strategic initiatives and business goals.
- Collaborate with Product Management Product Marketing and R&D to understand our products services and technology. This understanding will help define justintime programs and tools to align market and customer challenges with the competitive value our solutions deliver. This includes creating enablement content tools workshops and reinforcement activities.
- Create and maintain business impact analysis (metrics) for current and new programs including tracking Enablements business metric impact over time to demonstrate improved productivity for GTM roles.
- Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in Sales Customer Success Product Operations and Marketing to ensure programs and initiatives achieve defined business outcomes.
- Leverage rolebased competency models and perform skills gap analysis to identify and address areas of strength and improvement in product and solution knowledge software demonstration skills and RFP/proposal development processes.
- Monitor quarterly sales objectives and results as they relate to Enablement programs including live sessions asynchronous learning modules and workshop attendance.
- Develop and deliver ongoing continuous learning programs that reinforce and ensure adoption of new product messaging solution knowledge and competitive intelligence.
- Deliver training events programs and meeting cadences that leverage crossfunctional subject matter expertise (SMEs) through eLearning remote learning and inperson sessions.
- Utilize Gordians suite of enablement AI tools and platforms to enhance learner experience and accelerate productivity.
- Contribute to product and services content development with Product and Product Marketing for new training deliverables such as new platform product launches and capabilities rollout.
Qualifications:
- 6 years in sales product marketing and/or technical enablement
- 4 years of sales support sales management or sales engineering experience
- Experience training sellers sales engineers partners and GTM roles of various levels of seniority both inperson and remotely
- Confidence and poise when presenting to a Sales and GTM audience and executives with the ability to see the big picture when managing a room (live and virtual)
- A track record of developing and implementing rolebased skill development tools and training programs that deliver measurable business results
- Experience designing developing and leading customerfacing software demonstrations
- Selfstarter mentality with a high degree of followthrough
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network inside the company create relationships and source input
- Willingness to travel up to 20 of the time
