Senior Branch Manager - For this position alone age criteria is not there. Both Banks and NBFCs ok.
Male / Female
If Female - age should be within 40
Male - age no restrictions - we can target retired / VRS Bankers. Some one who worked as Branch managers / AGM/ GM.
To look after overall bank operations / Branch profitability
if retired - we need someone who is medically fit
Fluent in English and Tamil
Customer facing
since these are HNI's - lot of running around will be there. He/She should be open for it
MBA OR EQUIVALENT Fluent in English & Tamil Rich exp. & expert in Finance sector
Able to Handle Branch Operations Independently & profitably.
(MUST HAVE SERVED 5 YEARS AS A BRANCH MANAGER IN ANY FINANCE SECTOR OR BANK)
