YOUR IMPACT AT SHACK SHINE

  • Spearhead the design and of business development strategies to expand Shack Shines footprint in key North American markets.
  • Bring the Shack Shine story to life translating it effectively to media and prospective partners to grow brand awareness.
  • Build a network to proactively source and engage highpotential franchise candidates through targeted outreach networking referrals and lead management.
  • Provide strategic guidance as a trusted advisor to help potential franchisees understand the Shack Shine business model financial opportunity and path to success leveraging your expertise.
  • Guide candidates through our discovery process by building and nurturing a pipeline of qualified franchise prospects and maintaining strong relationships
  • Set achieve and celebrate big goalsdriving datainformed decisions by tracking performance market trends and lead conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing operations and training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and longterm franchisee success fostering resultsfocused collaboration
  • Challenge the status quo by seeking new and innovative ways to expand your network position the Shack Shine story connect with prospective candidates and drive our expansion.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proven track record: experience in a startup environment business development or partnerships role or related goaldriven field focused on rapid growth and relationshipbuilding.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills: youre a natural storyteller and build rapport easily.
  • Strong business development acumen: Ability to build partnerships focused on mutual benefit.
  • Marketing expertise: Understanding of all channels available to drive growth including paid earned shared and owned channels.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Selfmotivated resultsoriented and passionate about building businesses.
  • Excellent networking skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across industries and practices.
  • Innovation mindset: ability to challenge the status quo adapt to a changing environment and explore new ways to drive growth.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual OnTarget Earnings (OTE) of $150000 $250000 (Base Uncapped Commission)

Base Salary Guaranteed FirstYear Earnings between $100000 $150000 while you ramp. Top performers in this role can earn $200000 beyond year 2.

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

We have created a hybrid work model that helps us get together to Collaborate Celebrate and Connect while enjoying the flexibility of working where it makes sense for you.

For this roles duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will come into the office one to two times per month and travel 2550 of the time as you build your network and meet candidates.
