Our brands include Volvo Cars New Brunswick Fredericton Kia Fredericton Mitsubishi Miramichi Kia Grand Falls Hyundai 5 ReCar locations St. Croix Auto Wonder Auto & Tire 10 locations) and Velocity Auto Body. Due to our continued growth we are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team!


As a Finance Manager you will receive worldclass training and ongoing support from a dedicated Branch Manager. We foster a culture of teamwork selfdevelopment and continuous learning. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales team and maintain knowledge of sales and service department processes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.

  • Analyze and verify sales contracts for accuracy.

  • Stay informed about current financial services offerings and alternatives.

  • Work with lenders and financial institutions to arrange customer financing.

  • Evaluate credit applications for completeness and accuracy and match customers with appropriate financial sources.

  • Guide Guests through the financing process finalize purchases and ensure all required documents are signed.

  • Offer clients tailored solutions for warranty and incentive options.

  • Build rapport and trust with Guests.

  • Ensure all transactions are legal and legitimate protecting both the dealership and the customer.

  • Collaborate with other managers to plan forecast trends and continuously review and revise dealership plans.

  • Exceptional customer service approachable demeanor and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to organize plan prioritize and follow up diligently.

  • Proven sales track record ability to align customer needs with products exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal sensitivity.

  • Ability to think creatively solve problems quickly and strong analytical skills.

  • Honesty and strong ethical principles.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of Sales experience in an Automotive Dealership

  • Experience as a successful Sales or Finance Manager in an Automotive Dealership

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills and a solid understanding of bank and insurance terminology and processes.

Compensation:


An exceptional commissionbased remuneration package is offered with the potential to earn well over $150000 annually plus medical/dental benefits.
