What WOULD your day LOOK like
As a Weld Fitter at Visioneering Inc. you will engage in a variety of tasks daily that revolve around assembling fitting and tack welding various metals with precision and care. You will be reviewing blueprints to ensure adherence to specifications.
Expect handson collaboration with fellow team members utilizing hand tools and machinery effectively to produce highquality tools. Your typical schedule will involve Day Shifts from Monday to Friday working from 6 AM to 4:45 PM with a Saturday shift from 6 AM to 12 PM. (Sundays as needed) This routine allows you to maintain a balanced workweek while fully immersing yourself in the fastpaced Aerospace environment.
What were looking for in a Weld Fitter
To be successful as a Weld Fitter at Visioneering Inc. you will need a strong foundation in metal fabrication principles. Attention to detail is crucial as precision is key when working on Aerospace tooling. Effective communication skills will enable you to collaborate with team members and understand project specifications clearly. You should also possess excellent problemsolving abilities to troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the welding process. Additionally strong manual dexterity and handeye coordination are essential for executing intricate fittings accurately.
A commitment to safety practices and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
