Foreman / Field Manager

Summary:
- You can live anywhere in Southeast US we pay your travel to projects.
- Travel:Travel is close to 100 we usual travel in 3 week sprints.
- All expenses are paid along with per diem mileage and we pay for yourhousing.
- Responsible for coordinating with project manager to ensure of electrical scope across a project including assisting of planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of electrical personnel.
- Prepares scheduling and productivity planning for assigned scopes of work
- Liaison between project manager and onsite client representatives partners or customers.
- Communicates needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials tools safety apparatus and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations.
- Conducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines.
- Compiles and submits project reporting documents including daily logs safety initiatives timesheets and testing logs.
- Ensures compliance with all company guidelines policies and quality standards
- Completion of projects on schedule and within the prescribed manhours.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least five 5 years experience in the electrical industry commercial retail preferred.
- Must have experience and current ability to lead smallmedium size projects.
- Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes
- Possess strong communication customerfacing and interpersonal skills
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must have OSHA 10 or higher certificate.
- Preference to having an active State Electrical Journeyman or Masters license.
Compensation:
- Pay will range annuallyfrom $90000 to $130000.
- Depending on experience and state electrical license
- This includes paid housingvehicle allowance fuel card credit card per diem and performance bonus.
- Two weeks vacation earned on an accrual basis.
