Job Description

BASIS Jack Lewis Jr Campus is seeking qualified candidates for an Afterschool Care Assistant PartTime for the 2024/2025 school year!

We are seeking an organized and detailoriented Auxiliary Program Assistant to join our team. The Auxiliary Program Assistant will be responsible for providing support and assistance in the planning coordination and of various programs and events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Comanage afterschool care program.

Assist in the planning and coordination of various programs and events including but not limited to workshops conferences and seminars.
Collaborate with program managers and team members to ensure seamless of programs.
Help with logistics and administrative tasks such as scheduling registration and materials preparation.
Support in marketing and promotional efforts for programs through online platforms and social media.
Serve as a point of contact for program participants responding to inquiries and providing information.
Prepare program materials including presentations handouts and other relevant documents.
Assist in the evaluation and assessment of program effectiveness gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records and databases related to programs and events.
Contribute to the development and improvement of program procedures and processes.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
Proven experience in program coordination or event planning is a plus.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
