Job Description
Part-Time Art Teacher (Adults)
Location: Gloucester GL4
Hours: Fridays Classes Weekly
Start Date: October
Rate: Circa 130 per day
Were looking for a passionate enthusiastic and creative Part-Time Art Teacher to lead engaging art classes for adult learners in Waterlooville.
Whether youre inspiring beginners or helping improvers refine their skills youll be creating a warm supportive environment where learners feel confident to explore experiment and grow artistically.
About the Role
- Part-time role delivering structured art classes every Wednesday
- Teach a variety of techniques and mediums
- Foster a positive inclusive classroom environment
- Work independently while contributing to the wider art programme
- Help promote the classes to new and returning students
What Were Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in adult education or similar
- Strong skills across art materials methods and techniques
- Confident friendly classroom presence with excellent communication
- Experience in planning and delivering engaging classes
- Ability to provide meaningful feedback and inspire creative progress
- Organised reliable and community-minded
