Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital Administration Permanent contract Part time
24043.50 per annum (pro rata)
25 hours per week

As an Administrator at our Bournemouth Hospital youll provide knowledgeable administrative and practical support to nursing and clinical staff to standards and timescales required whilst using empathy and customers service skills to build relationships. Through great communication and IT skills. Ideally you have experience of working in healthcare administration.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the Radiology team to deliver a quality service to our stakeholders.
As our Administrator you will:
Support the current Administration team in managing appointments
Assist the Administration Team Leader to ensure that the clinical workload is up to date and accurate
Work closely with clinicians medical secretaries and the Radiology team
To succeed as an Administrator you will need:
Be a competent and confident IT user with strong organisation skills
Be accurate and methodical
Have the ability to priorities and deal with your varied workload in an effective and timely manner whilst working under pressure and to deadlines
Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and colleagues
