Job Description
Position Overview
Join us at Torch Technologies a forefront innovator in tech solutions as a Systems Engineering Analyst Intern for Summer 2025. This role is ideal for a student eager to apply their academic knowledge in a realworld setting and contribute to meaningful intern will support the development of systems analysis tools for a missile defense modeling and simulation suite

This is a summer internship lasting 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
During your internship you may
- Assist in the development and implementation of system engineering projects
- Contribute to problemsolving and troubleshooting efforts
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on project progress
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports documentation and presentations
- Engage in problemsolving activities and apply critical thinking skills to address engineering challenges
- Support the integration of hardware and software components into existing systems
- Attend team meetings and provide input on project status and progress
Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a junior pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science with a Cyber Security focus
- Strong academic record with a passion for system engineering and technology
- Basic engineering programming and scripting classes
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python C)
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced setting
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
Requirements
- US Citizen
- At least 18 years old
- Actively enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited educational institution
- In good academic standing with a grade point average of 3.0
- Commitment to a fulltime schedule during the internship period
