Human Resources Supervisor

About The Role
Were looking for an HR Supervisor who brings energy adaptability and a collaborative spirit to lead two essential HR teams:
  • HR Solutions Center (HRSC) The Front Door of HR:This team is the first stop for employees leaders and HR partners. They handle Tier 1 HR support meaning they manage highvolume daytoday needs while ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience. Youll lead this team to deliver services in:
    • Responding to employee inquiries and resolving Tier 1 issues
    • Onboarding new hires and processing their benefits
    • Managing personnel records and processing personnel changes
    • Partnering with other HR functions (Organizational Development Benefits HRBPs etc..
  • Recruiting Attracting the Best to Serve the City Youll also lead a recruitment team that helps us find the people who will shape the future of our city. This includes:
    • Building and executing proactive recruiting strategies to attract highquality candidates.
    • Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters through complex highvolume and executive level recruitments.
    • Driving sourcing efforts and overseeing outreach with community partners.
    • Championing the Citys as an employer of choice.
