Qualifications
- Hold a high school diploma/GED
- Have at least 2 years of related insurance experience
- Are currently licensed or are willing to obtain an insurance license within 6 months of hire
- Experience issuing Proofs of Insurance in CSR24 system
- Have exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Have the ability to construct accurate Proofs and Evidences of Insurance in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Have demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Possess a sincere desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry
- Are seeking a progressive work environment at a rapidly growing organization
- Have a desire to help others protect their future
- Are a selfstarter willing to invest time and energy to learn the technical aspects of our business
- Believe in integrity and building success by developing relationships with others
- Required Travel: No Travel Required
Responsibilities
- Account Representatives for HUBs Central Processing Unit provide critical support to our customers by providing them accurate and ondemand Proofs of Insurance in a timely manner ensuring the Proofs are issued in accordance with their insurance coverages and policy provisions.
- Facilitate positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and colleagues
- Quickly respond to incoming requests from clients and colleagues
- Check policies/endorsements within client file against insurance requirements to effectively and accurately provide Proofs of Insurance for our clients
- Maintain accurate and organized account files
Pay:
$25 $31.25/hour depending on experience
