Raytheon is looking for Senior Systems Engineer ScrumMaster. In this role you will lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) through proper Agile practices within the overall program agilestrategy. Youwill conduct full Agile processes for the Integration and Test IPT including sprint planning groomingstandups demos and retrospectives to ensure products integrate with the ground segment andvalueis provided to thecustomerand program goals are met. You will work with the team to maintain ahealthybacklog of well written stories that are development ready and will work with the team to maintain effective story point estimation. In addition to their ScrumMasterrole you will also assist the I&T Lead and Product Owners with the overall integration and test systembuildand checkout as well as the integrated factory testing portion of the program.

• Communicate expectations and instill accountability in team members
• Resolve conflicts promote worksharing and motivate teams toward common goals
• Make timely and sound business decisions thatsupportthe businessobjectives
• Managemultiple projects tasks and resources through effectiveorganization
• Documentation and reporting: maintain accurate project documentation and providing regular status updates to stakeholders
• Risk management: identify assess and mitigate project risks effectively

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Certified Scrum Master certification
• Experience in Agile Scrum Kanban and/or project management methodologies
• Experience with application lifecycle management tools/platforms such as Jira Confluence Azure Devops or similar tools

Qualifications We Prefer

• Demonstrates a solid understanding of Scrum principles and practices. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC): Understanding of the various stages of software development and how they integrate with Agile practices.
• Strong facilitation skills: Capable of leading Scrum ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives).
• Adaptability: Comfortable with change and able to pivot strategies as needed to meet team and project goals.
• Stakeholder management: Ability to manage and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Project management skills: Ability to manage project timelines resources and deliverables effectively.

  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
