About Us:
Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.
What Youll Be Doing:
Supervise and guide Irvingbased team members ensuring effective performance.
Manage team ticket queue and support vendors to resolve incidents and requests within SLAs.
Support LAN WAN WIFI Camera and Security systems for various sites.
Participate in business and ITdriven projects providing technical and functional support.
Develop and maintain IT documentation including network diagrams and training materials with occasional international travel.
What Are We Looking For:
Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience in a Microsoft Windows/Cisco networking environment with at least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Cisco CCNA certification preferred but not required.
Proven expertise in troubleshooting network issues configuring Cisco network equipment and understanding WAN technologies.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Project and Visio) with strong organizational skills and basic project management experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a detailoriented and selfstarting approach.
Ability to adapt and reprioritize in a fastpaced environment demonstrating effective problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
