Hotel Housekeeping Attendant

The Confluence Hotel is currently seeking dedicated and detailoriented individuals to join our team as Hotel Housekeeping Attendants. As a Hotel Housekeeping Attendant you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness tidiness and a high standard of cleanliness in our guest rooms and public areas. With The Confluence Hotels commitment to exceptional guest experiences we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong attention to detail excellent time management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change linens and towels as needed
- Make beds and ensure rooms are properly stocked with amenities
- Vacuum and dust guest rooms and common areas
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Restock supplies and remove trash from guest rooms
- Operate cleaning equipment as needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction and return by providing excellent customer service
- Communicate with other team members and management to ensure property knowledge and teamwork
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and return
