Job Description
We are looking for an accounting wizard that is able to do payroll billing taxes AP/AR bake banana bread and lead the way with a shining light.

To be considered applicants should meet the following criteria:
We are looking for an awesome detailed oriented candidate to join our Security company. This position oversees all accounting functions AP AR Collections GL and payroll. You need to be organized and detailoriented with minimal supervision as well as be a team player.
Qualifications:
5 years experience in Bookkeeping
Past experience with QuickBooks
Proficient in MS Office Outlook Excel & Word
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivables
Bank and Credit Card reconciliation
Contract billing
Payroll
Journal Entries/Monthend Closing
Insurance Audits

This is a fulltime position Monday Friday 8 5 (position does not allow telecommuting)
