To provide secretarial and administrative support including but not limited to: maintaining and taking care of complete requirements for running the departmental activities in an organized and precise manner to support Manager the department for effective operation and provide Support to Head and employees through a variety of tasks related to company and communication with all Sections
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
3 years of relevant experience in a similar field preferably in a related industry.
Job Specific Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Project PowerPoint Excel and Word)
• Communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
• Ability to work under pressure
Note:
Bilingual candidates (Arabic and English)
Male candidates preferred
