As a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Specialist 1 at the State Correctional Institution (SCI) at Phoenix you will play a crucial role in impacting the lives of individuals in need while also making a positive difference in the community. As a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Specialist 1 you will provide treatment services for alcohol and other to the inmate population within both outpatient and therapeutic programs. You will conduct initial assessment interviews make preliminary recommendations for programming needs provide individual and group therapy and monitor or coordinate selfhelp groups.Join us in our mission to reduce criminal behavior by providing individualized treatment and education to offenders resulting in successful community reintegration through accountability and positive change.
