Who We Are Looking For:
Are you the Permanency Coordinator we have been looking for In this position youwillbe ableto conveyyourpassionforhelping otherswith a dynamic teamby bringing anenergetic and positive approachwhile working with our clients!
JRI Provides The Training So That:
- YOU will be able to directly support each youths permanency plan using the Permanency Practice Model.
- YOU will be able to provide Family Search and Engagement Permanency Readiness activities and Youth GuidedFamily Centered Teaming to expand each youths support network and lifelong connections.
- YOU will be able to work with the youth and their family in the home or community to support development of the skills they will need to maintain their connection
- YOU will be able to work with the permanent connection to prepare them for the potential challenges they may face while spending time with the youth due to their trauma history.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Bachelors Degree in social Work psychology counseling or related field required.
- Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
- Knowledge or understanding regarding DCF regulations policies and practice.
- Maintains valid drivers license as transporting students is required.
- Available to work evenings holidays weekend shifts as required.
- At JRI you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal deescalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
