Job Description
What youll do
- You will report to the Director GSD Services
- You will help with Major Incident Management support including status assessments engagement of teams whiteboard updates and communications and general incident management during major incidents.
- You will serve as the initial contact and facilitator for systemgenerated events regarding multiple systems and environments throughout the entire CSG environment.
- You will work a variety of shifts to include weekends holidays or extra shifts
- You will be part of the 2025 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months
- You will be in the Cape Town office for at least 3 days in a week

- BCom BA linguistics and communication qualification Business Systems or IT related
- Preferable with some call center experience
- Good verbal and written skills
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
