Psychology Graduate Hounslow Richmond & Wandsworth September 2025 Start
Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to build experience in education SEN or mental health support
Were working with a group of supportive secondary schools across Hounslow Richmond and Wandsworth each looking for a Psychology Graduate to join them from September 2025. These Psychology Graduate roles are perfect for graduates interested in teaching educational psychology youth work or SEN support.
As a Psychology Graduate youll work closely with SENCOs and pastoral teams to support pupils with social emotional and learning needs. Each school offers a slightly different focussome with high numbers of EAL learners others with a strong SEMH provisionso well match you to the school that best suits your interests and strengths.
Psychology Graduate Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
- Support with behaviour strategies and engagement in class
- Run pastoral or therapeutic-style sessions
- Work with staff and families to monitor pupil progress
Person Specification:
- 2:1 or above in Psychology or a related subject
- Calm patient and confident when working with young people
- Genuine interest in education wellbeing or youth development
