Mobile Developer (Offshore MidLevel)
- 100 Remote Must be able to work second shift (India time) to overlap with U.S. business hours
- FullTime 3month probation period
- Work with a technology consulting firm serving industries such as Oil & Gas Healthcare and Food & Beverage

This position lies at the intersection of quality assurance and business analysis supporting the delivery of reliable highimpact software solutions. Youll play a handson role in ensuring product quality while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into testable functional outcomes.
About the Role
We are seeking a midlevel Mobile Developer to join our offshore development team. This role requires handson experience in mobile application development and testing. You will work closely with our team to design develop and deliver highquality mobile applications. You will work on various consulting projects involving the design and development of crossplatform mobile and cloud applications integrating multiple enterprise systems to help clients implement their digital transformation strategies. Most projects commonly target Microsoft platforms like Xamarin/MAUI C# .Net Azure and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mobile applications using native and crossplatform frameworks.
- Work on system development tasks that include design development testing documentation deployment gathering requirements and analyzing processes.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement engaging user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
- Develop system specifications technical designs and software code.
- Create and maintain program and technical documentation.
- Support production systems by interacting with clients.
- Manage and document system configurations.
- Work closely with endusers business analysts and other stakeholders to coordinate plans and activities that affect the assigned projects.
- Follow best practices in coding testing and documentation.
- 24 years of mobile application development experience.
- Proficiency in MAUI React Native Flutter or Xamarin.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and mobile architectures.
- Experience with Azure Mobile Services.
- 4 years of experience using C# and Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio).
- 4 years of development experience using Azure services (App Services Azure Functions Service Bus Storage Azure SQL etc..
- Experience in delivering solutions using enterprise design patterns like MVC CQRS SOLID principles and Micro Services architecture.
- Strong database fundamentals and 5 years of experience using SQL.
- Working knowledge of UI frameworks (e.g. Angular React).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective communication to convey technical concepts.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and develops solutions to problems independently and through facilitated team discussions.
- Ability to multitask and organize effectively to meet client service level expectations.
- Selfmotivated and shows initiative.
- Microsoft certifications or platformspecific credentials.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Gitbased workflows.
- Industry knowledge in Oil & Gas Healthcare or Food & Beverage.
- This is a remote offshore position with a requirement to overlap U.S. business hours (until at least Noon CST.
- Candidates must be available for daily team meetings and realtime collaboration.
- The role includes a 3month probation period. During this period candidates must demonstrate performance reliability and complete any pending certifications.
