Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/. The role has some autonomy but is focused on of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
- Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product tools or equipment.
- Includes Manufacturing Engineers.
- Developing indepth knowledge of a technical discipline.
- Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- Indepth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
- Indepth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.
- Uses prior experience and onthejob training to solve straightforward tasks.
- Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
- May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent.
- Provides informal guidance to new team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing
- OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience in a technical role

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing environment

- Familiarity with basic lean principles takt/cycle and 5S
The salary range for this position is $80000..00 USD Annual.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location. In addition this role has variable compensation incentive of 10 .
