What Impact Youll Make:
The Capital Equipment Excellence team is responsible for accelerating with safety quality and focus capacity growth across the Gas Value Stream. The organization consists of 3 workstreams; Fulfilment Installation and Qualification; all working together to create Standard Work and Daily Management to enable success. This role will offer excellent exposure to different aspects of the business and require the engineer to wear several hats.

This job involves two main elements:
1 Working as a Project Scheduler to schedule and project manage capital equipment and parts
2 Working as a program manager to ensure alignment across the Fulfilment Installation and Qualification workstreams as well as Global Supply Chain and Engineering

Job Description

What youll do:

• Schedule the Procurement Installation and Qualification of Capex equipment to support the capacity ramp and hardware on the new machines.
• Creating Project Schedules in alignment with Global Supply Chain and Engineering
• Attending/Facilitating Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp
• Fostering strong leadership teamwork and communication skills as well as a passion for quality and continuous improvement
• Identifying and implement procurement cost outopportunities
• Cultivating positive working environment and morale; drive a sense of urgency and quality with speed

What youll bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering Operations Management or other Supply Chain related studies
• At least 2 years of relevant Project Management/Scheduling experience

Eligibility Requirement

• This position is 100 onsite at our Greenville SC facility.

What will make you stand out:

• Project Scheduling experiencing utilizing Smartsheet MS Project or a similar form of scheduling software
• Project management experience in fastpaced MFG environments
• 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Equipment installation and qualification experience
• Strong team player
• Experience interfacing across matrix organizations
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust with team members and interfacing organizations.
• Experience and familiarity with advanced manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to challenge the status quo and deliver the best GE products

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is$67200..00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for a5 performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on April 29 2025 or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110 120 or 130 of salary in certain areas.
