Are you a natural leader with a passion for empowering people with complex disabilities Were looking for an experienced Senior Service Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple supported independent living sites across Sydney. In this key leadership role youll guide teams support participants and ensure service excellence across a cluster of high-needs accommodation services. Youll play a critical part in delivering person-centred NDIS-aligned support that enables clients to thrive.About the Role:
Provide operational and leadership support across multiple sites
Oversee participant wellbeing goal achievement and complex case support
Lead and coach Site Leaders and frontline staff
Manage risk incidents complaints and transitions
Support recruitment onboarding and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with WHS NDIS standards and internal policies
Oversee rosters financial performance and documentation
What Youll Bring:
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Cert IV in Disability Diploma or Bachelor in Social Work Nursing)
Leadership experience in the disability community or health sectors
Knowledge of SCHADS Award and experience with workforce planning
Strong stakeholder engagement communication and problem-solving skills
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
