Job Description

Location: 50 onsite at any of the following offices: Montreal Brossard Valcourt or Sherbrooke (to be confirmed based on managers preference)
Job Description in French follows:
Candidate Qualifications (Mandatory to be considered for the internal process):
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in organizational change management
  • Must have a Prosci certification
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational alignment skills
  • Must have the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders at different levels
  • Must have strong organizational skills and solid experience in project management
  • Must have significant experience with SharePoint
  • Language requirements: French proficiency 5/5 and English proficiency 4/5
Assets (NicetoHaves):
  • Mastery of both French and English (knowledge of Spanish is an asset)
  • Expertise in organizational change management and technology deployment projects including M365 important asset
Job Description:
  • Implement and adjust as needed the organizational change management strategy developed and aligned with the programs and the companys overall needs
  • Effectively communicate the vision for change to all stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Conduct global impact assessments identify mitigation measures and efforts required for successful implementation
  • Update the detailed roadmap that integrates communication engagement knowledge sharing reinforcement and support linked to the programs governance structure
  • Share a clear vision scope and key messages with the sponsor coalition to ensure alignment
  • Participate jointly with the Program Director in sponsor coalition meetings
  • Develop and implement communication channels to enable sponsors to effectively express the reasons and benefits of the change
  • Organize regular meetings to monitor progress and challenges create support resources and collect feedback to continually refine change strategies
  • Assist program and project managers in planning the roadmap and implementing projects by integrating organizational change management aspects
  • Validate change management plans ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and common strategies for communication training and support
  • Participate in strategic and program meetings to understand business issues identify risks in change management and propose mitigation measures
  • Oversee the work of the organizational change management advisor as needed and contribute to the drafting of executive documents related to change management
  • Implement performance indicators to assess adoption and engagement with the solutions
  • Ensure the team tracks project progress evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plans accordingly
  • Report regularly to management on the status of change initiatives results achieved and challenges

Job description:
  • Mettre en uvre et ajuster au besoin la stratgie de gestion du changement organisationnel dveloppe et aligne sur les besoins globaux du programme et de lentreprise;
  • Communiquer efficacement la vision du changement toutes les parties prenantes afin dassurer clart et alignement;
  • Raliser lvaluation des impacts globaux identifier les mesures de mitigation et les efforts requis pour une mise en uvre russie;
  • Mettre jour la feuille de route dtaille qui intgre communication engagement partage des connaissances renforcement et soutien et qui soit lie la structure de gouvernance du programme;
  • Partager une vision claire un primtre et des messages cls pour la coalition de sponsors afin dassurer lalignement;
  • Participer conjointement avec le directeur de programme aux rencontres de la coalition des sponsors;
  • Dvelopper et mettre en uvre les canaux de communication permettant aux sponsors dexprimer efficacement les raisons du changement et ses bnfices;
  • Organiser des runions rgulires pour suivre les progrs et les dfis crer des ressources de soutien et recueillir des retours dexprience pour affiner continuellement les stratgies de changement;
  • Assister les gestionnaires du programme et de projets dans la planification de la feuille de route et la mise en uvre des projets en intgrant les aspects de gestion du changement organisationnel;
  • Valider les plans de gestion du changement en garantissant leur alignement avec la stratgie globale et les stratgies communes de communication de formation et de soutien;
  • Participer aux runions stratgiques et aux runions de programme pour comprendre les enjeux daffaires identifier les risques en gestion du changement organisationnel et proposer des mesures dattnuation;
  • Superviser le travail du conseiller en gestion du changement organisationnel selon les besoins et contribuer la rdaction de documents excutifs lis la gestion du changement organisationnel;
  • Mettre en uvre des indicateurs de performance pour valuer ladhsion et ladoption des solutions;
  • Sassurer que lquipe suit lavancement des projets de changement value leur efficacit et ajuste les plans en consquence;
  • Rendre compte rgulirement la direction de ltat des initiatives de changement des rsultats obtenus et des dfis.
