Job Description
For current Fortive or OpCo employees this role can be remote.
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer youll work in agile mode to create data products for NPD (New Product Development). Youll be responsible for driving business outcomes and delivering value by designing developing and deploying largescale machine learning systems. Youll collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists software engineers and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into machine learning solutions.
Experience:
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms data structures and statistics
- Youll develop and implement algorithms for data mining feature selection and predictive modeling
- Expertise in in delivering solutions for the HiTech manufacturing industry leveraging IoT and other data sources and embedding them into hardware products or enhancing the product value would be key to your success
- Working in Agile methodology
- Experience mentoring junior machine learning engineers and data scientists to help them grow their skills and knowledge
