Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Testing Resource with deep expertise in Oracles Digital Customer Service (DCS) SelfService Applications. This role will support quality assurance and testing efforts related to Oracle DCS implementations ensuring robust functionality performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute QA efforts for Oracle DCS SelfService application modules.
Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans test scripts and test cases.
Perform both manual and automated testing of workflows integrations and UI components.
Identify document and track bugs and issues to resolution.
Collaborate closely with development business analysts and implementation teams to ensure requirements are met.
Participate in testing cycles including system integration testing (SIT) user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience with Oracle Digital Customer Service (DCS) SelfService Applications.
Strong understanding of Oracle CX suite particularly Oracle Service Cloud and Fusion Service integrations.
Experience writing and executing test cases for enterprise web applications.
Familiarity with tools such as Oracle Intelligent AdvisorOracle Digital Assistant or similar.
