As part of our team youll play a key role in elevating the studios creative output across a variety of formats helping to enhance our capabilities and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create static graphics for various platforms including social media websites and advertising
- Contribute to brand development including designing new logos and brand identities from scratch.
- Support video production by producing storyboards & moodboards
- Support the production of animated graphics and videos for social media longform content and ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies that meet client objectives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends software and animation techniques.
- Communicate regularly with the team and clients providing updates on project progress.
- Support the Creative Studio in the development and of innovative content strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive environment within the team promoting creativity and excellence in all outputs.
Skills and Behaviours
Must Haves:
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing static and animated work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro).
- Excellent understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout.
- Experience creating graphics for social media websites and advertising campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation.
- Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX design.
- Understanding of digital marketing and content strategies.
- Experience with video editing and production.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Ability to drive creative process improvements.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
