Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform triage work requests accurately for various Chubb personal lines teams
- Maintains triage requirements by following techniques and procedures.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Understanding of work unit business and procedures.
- Assist with special projects and/other duties as warranted.
- Perform standard processing tasks for each line of business supported
- Perform standard processing tasks for other administrative operations areas as needed
- Maintain all service level agreements for each line of business
- Other duties assigned by Program Manager
Qualifications:
- Strong skills utilizing Microsoft Software required
- Strong typing analytical and computer skills
- Minimum 1 year insurance experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service and office related experience preferred
- Basic Mathematical skills
- Excellent Accuracy & Attention to detail required
- Ability to meet daily quality & production metrics required
- Must be able to pass criminal background
