About the role

As a Customer Success Manager your primary responsibility will be to support our customers in utilizing our platform to maximize value and ensure customer satisfaction.

Working alongside our Account Managers you will nurture and sustain our longterm customer relationships. You will be responsible for driving improvements within the customer segment owning the processes independently. These tasks are mainly technical requiring a proactive mindset to maintain and enhance customer value. The role involves handling a wide range of cases varying in scope and complexity. Youll act as the pivotal point of contact with a strong focus on problemsolving ensuring cases are resolved promptly and customers receive quick feedback.

You will for instance

  • Operate within our systems to manage deliveries.
  • Build and maintain daily communication with both customers and internal colleagues.
  • Adapt the platform to meet customerspecific needs proactively to increase value for the customer.

Who we are looking for

As a Customer Success Manager youll be the central point of contact for our clientsnavigating challenges with a solutionoriented mindset and a passion for building strong relationships. You are adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment proactively identifying and resolving issues of varying complexity. With strong organizational skills you manage your responsibilities independently while ensuring a structured and timely approach to case resolution. Collaboration comes naturally to you and you enjoy working crossfunctionally to deliver the best outcomes. You see change as an opportunity and are always looking for new ways to create value and build trust with both customers and internal departments.

We expect you to have

  • One or more years of experience in a similar role working in a coordinating businessoriented manner with ongoing customer contact.
  • A strong interest in technical solutions and problemsolving as the role is primarily technical involving complex and simple cases.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Teams PowerPoint Word).
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish and English both spoken and written.

Its a bonus if you also have

  • Experience of working at a SaaS company.
  • Professional proficiency in Danish spoken and written.
  • Hold a university degree in economics business administration or a related field.
  • Experience working with systems such as JIRA and/or Salesforce.

  • Extent: Fulltime 100
