Mission:
Were looking for a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Cybersecurity team. Youll improve our corporate security posture and defense across IT/OT environments. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona and involves international collaboration and project . Youll secure critical IT/OT and cloud IoT projects driving cybersecurity improvements.
Your responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage security controls in IT/OT environments.
- Deploy and operate Claroty xDome for asset visibility threat detection and risk management in industrial networks.
- Review and maintain security controls in collaboration with SecOps and other teams.
- Lead OT cybersecurity deployments across global manufacturing facilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and support incident response.
- Drive OT cybersecurity governance through standards definition oversight and alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.
- Develop and enforce security policies aligned with ISA/IEC 62443.
- Deliver staff training and promote security awareness.
- Recommend OT cybersecurity best practices and improvements.
- Plan and prioritize infrastructure and developmentrelated security improvements.
To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:
- 5 years in Cybersecurity Engineering with a focus on industrial control systems.
- Expertise in ICS/OT IIoT network and infrastructure security.
- Handson experience with Claroty xDome.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards: ISA/IEC 62443 ISO/IEC 27001.
- Certifications such as CISSP or ISA/IEC 62443 are a plus.
- Solid knowledge of network security IAM and threat management in industrial networks.
- Experience leading international projects and working with global teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and crossfunctional communication skills.
