We re looking for a passionate and datadriven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy drive user growth and build a strong online presence. You will be responsible for endtoend digital marketing including performance marketing social media management content creation and user engagement.
This is a highly creative and analytical role for someone who thrives in a fastpaced startup environment and is excited about shaping the voice of a fintech brand.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with HitchPay s growth goals.
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta TikTok LinkedIn and Twitter.
Drive user acquisition and engagement through paid and organic marketing efforts.
Own and manage HitchPay s social media presence across platforms (Instagram Twitter/X TikTok LinkedIn etc..
Create engaging brandaligned content for social media blog posts email campaigns and landing pages.
Develop and execute a monthly content calendar including graphics copy and publishing schedules.
Collaborate with design and product teams to produce highquality visuals and marketing materials.
Run influencer marketing and brand partnerships to grow visibility and trust.
Analyze performance metrics run A/B tests and make datadriven improvements.
Stay ahead of digital trends fintech competitors and platform algorithm updates.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
3 years of handson digital marketing experience (preferably in fintech SaaS or mobile apps).
Proven experience with social media strategy content creation and community engagement.
Strong portfolio of performance marketing results (ROAS CAC CTR etc..
Excellent command of social media tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Meta Business Suite).
Proficient in Canva Figma or basic design/editing tools.
Experience with SEO/SEM Google Analytics email marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot Mailchimp etc..
Strong written and visual communication skills with a creative mindset.
Experience launching or growing a mobile app
Familiarity with African fintech products trends and users
Ability to and edit shortform video content (Reels TikToks etc.
