Job Description

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate and committed PreK Resource Room Teacher to support our youngest learners in building strong academic and socialemotional foundations. In this position you ll create and deliver targeted instruction that aligns with each student s unique learning plan. Your daytoday will involve crafting engaging lesson content conducting developmental assessments and designing personalized strategies to meet early learning milestones. Regular collaboration with families is essential as youll share progress updates outline expectations and offer homebased strategies to reinforce classroom learning.

Youll also work handinhand with school teams paraprofessionals and support staff to ensure that each child receives the comprehensive support they need to thrive. With a focus on inclusive practices and early intervention you ll cultivate a learning space where all children feel empowered capable and ready to succeed.

Requirements

Applicants must have earned a Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a closely related discipline along with a valid Illinois teaching license endorsed in Early Childhood Special Education. A deep knowledge of early childhood growth and learning patterns coupled with the ability to implement positive behavior supports is vital for success in this role. While experience working with young children with disabilities in early learning environments is highly valued the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with families and educational teams is equally important to foster positive outcomes for students.
