Job Description

Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a Front office Manager for a newly opening 4star Hotel in Dublin City Centre.
This role would be an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Front Office Manager/Guest relations manager or an Assistant Front Office Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Front Office preopening tasks including recruitment training and SOP implementation.
  • Oversee and manage all Front Office and Guest Relations operations to ensure a welcoming efficient and fun environment for guests.
  • Supervise checkin/checkout procedures while maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Handle guest feedback actively respond to reviews across all platforms and implement service improvement strategies.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of special events group bookings and room allocations in collaboration with the Reservations Manager.
  • Maintain strong key control and oversee guest room security to ensure guest safety.
  • Drive upselling initiatives and support revenuegenerating strategies working closely with relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety legal regulations and hotel policies.
  • Oversee billing procedures ensuring all cash handling and credit policies are adhered to.
  • Promote the hotel its offerings and local activities to guests enhancing their overall experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years experience in a senior Front Office or Guest Relations role within a quality hotel environment.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service with a strong customerfocused approach.
  • Strong leadership problemsolving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly engaging demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Front Office systems.
  • Knowledge of OTA systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment meet deadlines and adapt to a flexible schedule.
