JOB TITLE : HR SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE
EXPERIENCE : 6 – 8 YEARS
LOCATION : CHENNAI
GENDER : FEMALE / MALE
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for monthly salary processing.
- Coordinating with departments for necessary data collections for all branches.
- Responsible for employee welfare related payments
- Responsible for payment related employees standing deductions and other contributions by the employer on behalf of the employee like
LIC
- Recurring Deposit
- Superannuation
- Benefit Fund
- Loan Remittance
- Adhere to statutory compliances (PF ESI PT etc.
- TDS deductions and Filing.
