Parttime Housekeeper. Telford Hall Care Home
- Salary: £12.28 per hour
- Hours: 18 per week
- Shifts: 2 shifts per week 7am5pm on a rota includes some weekend working (please note we cannot offer set working days)
At Telford Hall Care Home our housekeepers are essential to creating a clean safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
Situated in the heart of Lawley our modern 66bed nursing home combines outstanding facilities with a warm homely atmosphere. From tranquil lounges to garden rooms and a cinema every detail of our home is designed to provide comfort and care—and your role will be crucial in maintaining this standard.
As a Housekeeper your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring all areas of the home are clean tidy and presented to a high standard.
- Infection Control: Adhering to cleaning schedules and maintaining hygiene standards to keep everyone safe.
- Laundry Support: Washing drying ironing and distributing clothing and linens as needed.
- Team Support: Flexibly assisting across domestic and laundry duties as required.

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
What are we looking for
We’re seeking enthusiastic detailoriented individuals who:
- Have experience in cleaning and laundry either professionally or domestically (care home experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Are team players with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Take pride in maintaining high standards and contributing to a welcoming home environment.
