We now have a great opportunity for a technical sales professionalto join the team as our new Technical Account Manager. As a Technical Account Manager youll act as a face to our business and a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers helping them maximise value from our solutions align technology to their strategic goals and drive adoption and satisfaction. Youll work closely with both our internal teams and customers to ensure a seamless highquality experience across the entire customer lifecycle.
This role iscritical in our growth agenda to build new and leverage existing partnership opportunities across Noel Leeming Commercial Services.
Quick snapshot of the role:
- Manage relationships from a daytoday perspective and grow a portfolio of existing customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within accounts including crosssell and upsell of managed services cloud security IT hardware and professional services.
- Understand customer environments objectives and challenges to deliver tailored technical solutions and guidance.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful solution design customer onboarding implementation and support.
- Drive regular business and technical reviews with customers to identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify and collaborate to resolve technical issues ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain account plans and customer technology roadmaps.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively manage current customer relationships.
- Present and demonstrate key solutions leveraging the TWG commercial retail and services channels aligned to the customers needs.
Qualifications :
We are looking for a collaborative & energetic individual who has a passion for success. You will be able to point to a strong background in sales and/or business development at a commercial level and be skilled at developing winwin solutions. Ideally you will be an experienced customer facing IT sales professional with service management and account management experience.

- Bachelors Degree in technology or relative business experience
- Experience working in a Managed Service Environment
- Knowledge of cloud services managed services networking cybersecurity and IT hardware and software
- Minimum of 3 years business related experience preferably in the IT sector with proven results in customer satisfaction and the achievement of KPIs
- Strong ability to understand and deliver highly technical solutions and presentations
