Job Description
- Development of growthstrategy for the assigned country and customerportfolio
- Settingup and executing a salesplan with focus on technical solutions
- Customeraccount/ relationmanagement; handling of situations
- Steer and support local agents in countries where we work with agents
- Identify potential and promote serviceproducts like spareparts service preventive maintenance modernizations servicecontracts etc.
- Followingthrough the entire salescycle from leadgeneration to collection
- Coordination of larger projects and technical assignments with the manufacturing sites technical team and customers
- Consult with manager and document and steer activities in CRM
- Handling customer complaints to ensure that concerns are resolved to the customers satisfaction
- Other activities related to the marketdevelopment
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or/and other fields
- Minimum of 3year experience in technical sales automation system solution preferably in machinery industry or technical industrial products
- Good experience with MS Office CRM. Experience with SAP is preferred
- Good English both in spoken and writing
- Korean spoken and writing language are an advantage
- Strong customers orientation; detailoriented and excellent problemsolving skills
- Strong communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks using organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently on your own initiatives as well as in a team environment with ability to travel in the region.
