Exec Admin Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to customers by resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. This is a fully remote position available only to candidates based in the United States. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator problemsolver and thrives in a customerfocused environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product/service information troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team while ensuring timely resolution.
Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service processes.
Meet performance goals including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management.
High school diploma required; associate s or bachelor s degree preferred.
