Job Title: Sales Coordination Specialist
Location: Bangalore
Objective:
The primary goal of this role is to provide essential support to the sales team by managing internal sales operations documentation and facilitating coordination between various departments. The Sales Coordination Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent customer communication effective followups and tracking of the sales process to enhance lead conversion and order .
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Prepare quotations proforma invoices and product proposals based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams for pricing designs and product clarifications.
- Follow up with customers on submitted proposals and promptly address any queries.
- Maintain customer records inquiries and correspondence in the CRM system (Zoho/Runo).
- Assist the Key Account Manager in generating leads from the existing customer base for repeat orders.
- Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate between production dispatch/logistics accounts and sales teams for efficient order fulfillment.
- Track customer orders from confirmation to dispatch and payment realization.
- Ensure timely followup on pending documents such as purchase orders approvals and advances from clients.
- Schedule meetings with customers (online or inperson) for sales followups.
- Update status reports for internal review meetings including order pipeline dispatch schedule and payment followups.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales coordination from any industry is mandatory.
- Preference for married female candidates who can join immediately.
