We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney Investigator to join a reputable team specializing in impartial workplace investigations for public and private sector clients across diverse industries. This position offers the opportunity to handle highprofile matters and contribute to creating fair and ethical workplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and impartial workplace investigations into issues such as harassment discrimination and ethics violations.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports including findings and recommendations.
- Manage investigations independently ensuring adherence to best practices and meeting client expectations.
- Collaborate with the team during onboarding and provide support for complex investigations when needed.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with clients throughout the investigation process.
- Meet annual billable requirements of at least 1700 hours.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D. and active licensure to practice law in California in good standing.
- At least 3 years of thirdparty workplace investigation experience.
- AWI membership or certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
