Key Responsibilities
- Develop and streamline group reporting processes within SAP.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial consolidations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on data collection.
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends.
- Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards.
- Lead the integration of new reporting requirements into SAP.
- Assist with audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Provide training to team members on reporting tools.
- Work closely with IT to troubleshoot system issues.
- Implement best practices in financial reporting.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
- Respond to adhoc reporting requests from management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes.
- Support strategic initiatives through data insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting.
- Proficient in SAP Group Reporting functionality.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience in financial data preparation and analysis.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Familiarity with consolidation processes and methodologies.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Teamoriented with a strong sense of collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Prior experience with project management desired.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA preferred.
