Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Tax Associate
Location: Remote
Salary: $1500 $2000 USD/month
Reports to: CoFounder CEO
Benefits: Unlimited PTO Remote Work
About the Role:
Fastgrowing firm empowering Content Creators with exceptional tax services. As our Sr. Tax Associate youll lead daily operations for tax clients streamline tax processes and contribute to a proactive and strategic tax experience. This role offers a path to becoming a Tax Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee tax client operations and ensure clear timely communication

Lead onboarding for new tax clients aiming for 90 satisfaction

Prepare and file complex federal/state tax returns across all 50 states
-
Be the main contact for clients yearround offering strategic tax advice

Collaborate with accounting to implement tax strategies
-
Analyze tax data generate reports and contribute insights to internal teams
-
Improve processes to reduce admin work and enhance strategic output
-
Support client engagement events offseason projects and financial consulting
Requirements:
-
Bachelors in Accounting (Master s in Taxation a plus)
-
4 6 years of tax compliance exposure to tax strategy
-
Strong business acumen and ability to explain financials to clients

Coaching/mentorship experience
-
Detailoriented with excellent organization communication and analysis skills

Proficient in tax tools (Tax Dome ProSeries Intuit ProConnect QuickBooks)

Knowledge of CA FL NY tax laws

Comfortable in fastpaced entrepreneurial settings
Preferred:

Interest in content creators and digital platforms (YouTube IG TikTok)

Follows creators like Alex Hormozi Gary Vee Leila Hormozi
