Job Description
Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities
Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose effectively.
Clearly articulate labor task in CMMS.
Will be on rotating Maintenance OnCall.
Manage inventory levels
Order supplies and manage vendors
Skills
Understands low voltage electrical troubleshooting
. Able to install new hardware.
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both written and verbal
Able to work alone and own projects from start to finish.
Excellent computer skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must be organized and be able to multitask
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
3 years experience servicing Security Alarm systems (Fire and Burglar systems) CCTV and Card Access systems
Understanding how to diagnose fix and replace equipment
Valid Drivers License
Additional Information :
Position is fulltime MondayFriday 8 a.m.5 p.m. with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply.
