Job Description
- Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities to meet our requirements.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
- Placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and improve service.
- Identifying and implementing costsaving opportunities in the procurement process.
- Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience
- Proficient in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and pricing data
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Additional Information :

- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
