Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily laundry operations (washing drying ironing folding and distribution).
Ensure timely supply of clean linen and uniforms to all departments.
Maintain high hygiene and quality standards in laundry processes.
Monitor laundry inventory and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment.
Train and manage laundry team members; assign duties and shifts.
Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of all laundry equipment.
Handle guest laundry and drycleaning requests with care and professionalism.
Maintain laundry records including linen usage and damaged items.
Implement energysaving and ecofriendly practices.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards.
Qualifications :
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
Specialized training in laundry operations is an added advantage.
