The White Glove Service Center (WGSC) is a diverse team that supports the global network through process management program management and operational expertise to service customers through operational excellence.
The WGSC works in conjunction with GEO (Operations) Account Management Product Leaders and Sponsors to deliver on our commitment to our customers. In the traditional project management approach of Plan Execute Monitor and Control the WGSC focuses on monitor and control using operational knowledge data dashboards and exception management techniques to establish maintain and achieve company and customer specific KPIs.
Communication exception management and operational excellence form the bedrock of customer service for logistics coordinators in the WGSC.
Logistics Coordinators will often be the first line of communications meaning that this role is perfect for both honing ones craft as well as gaining fast exposure to a vast and exciting network of peers. The ideal candidate is energetic enthusiastic detailedoriented and obsessive about providing solutions to those who are in need. This person should be as equally comfortable working in a team as they are being the one person at the forefront of uncovering issues and providing solutions.
