The purpose of this position is to govern logistics operations by overseeing transport management LSP coordination order quality checks and implementing efficiencydriven measures ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to strategic improvements.
Ensure 100 Coverage of transport management system.
Avoid business risks and ensure transparency
First point of contact for customers (LKAM Logistics Key Account Manager)
LSP management deviation escalation exception management
Transport order status management
Track and trace of the shipments
Transport data analysis and optimization
Claims management support
Emergency freight management
Data gathering for future analysis and improvement Projects.
RFQ mapping & involvement in tendering
Weekly/Monthly consolidated KPI reporting & required dashboards.
Savings potential analysis in fine distribution network and support implementation with internal customers
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics business administration or a related field.
Masters degree preferred
Experience :
3 to 5 years in Corporate Experience
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Proficient of the Supply chain managementProficient in SAP and TMS in MS Office applications and data visualization tools (e.g Power BI)
Preferred Skills :
Competent customer relations skills and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all management levels Excellent problemsolving task prioritization followup and customer service skills.
Additional Information :
APICS Certification will be an added advantage.
